DIRTY REVOLUTION is a fierce brand of roots rock that goes beyond the standard ska/punk definitions. The Cardiff-based 4 piece have been bringing their own unique soundclash to UK venues tirelessly for the last two years. Uplifting, fiery and topical, with lyrical subject matter ranging from meeting the BNP on a beach to having a bigger arse than Britney Spears, DIRTY REVOLUTION have a firm grip on the burgeoning underground punk/ska/reggae mash up scene and their stunning debut album ‘BEFORE THE FIRE’ is ready to go on Rebel Alliance Recordings.

'The Rev' (as they've become known to their growing army of fans) are no strangers to hard work, with an E.P release under their belts and scores of UK live dates past, present and on into the future. Live highlights include impressive sets at renowned UK festivals 'Strummercamp', ‘Shambala’ and legendary international punk rock festival 'Rebellion' in Blackpool. The past two years has seen them sharing a stage with bands including The King Blues, Sonic Boom Six, Sham 69, The Beat and The Skints, building a solid and growing fanbase across the UK and earning their rightful place in the UK’s thriving scene. Their debut EP (still available on Do the Dog Records) gained impressive reviews from ‘Big Cheese Magazine’, ‘Punktastic’ and is still causing a stir on internet forums, ‘zines and blogs worldwide, receiving repeat airplay on Mike Davies’ BBC Radio One Punk Show  and Wales’ own ‘Radio One Introducing in Wales.’
